My Story

I've been where you are.

I spent over a decade in corporate leadership — London, Singapore, and eventually Dubai. I ran teams, hit targets, climbed the ladder. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I realised I was chasing someone else's version of success.

The decision to leave corporate and build my own practice was the hardest and best thing I've ever done. I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck at a crossroads, to second-guess a bold move, to wonder whether you're making the right bets with your one career.

I've now worked with over 200 professionals across three continents — entrepreneurs, senior executives, expats building something new in the Gulf. Questions before you book?

How do online sessions work? ▾
All online sessions run via Zoom or Google Meet — your choice. You'll receive a calendar invite with the link immediately after booking. Sessions are conducted in a private, distraction-free setting. I recommend you do the same for maximum focus.
What if I need to reschedule? ▾
Life happens. You can reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice at no cost. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are counted as a used session for the 3-Month Program, but I apply this policy with common sense — genuine emergencies are treated differently.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
Single Sessions are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before. For the 3-Month Program, I offer a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions if you need to exit early.
Is coaching confidential? ▾
Absolutely. Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential. I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics, which includes strong confidentiality standards.
Can we meet in person in Dubai? ▾
Yes. For clients in the UAE, I'm happy to meet in person at a location in Dubai Marina or DIFC. In-person sessions are available for the Single Session and 3-Month Program.
